Newly engaged Katy Perry is spotted out and about in Los Angeles on Tuesday (January 12). The singer returned from a vacation in India and is busy working on the follow-up to ‘One of the Boys’. The 25-year-old told her Twitter followers (@katyperry) a few days ago:
