Kelly Clarkson In Vocal Chord Crisis

Entertainment Tonight reports doctors have ordered ‘American Idol’ winner Kelly Clarkson to not sing or talk for at least 5 days due to nodes found on her vocal chords. Doctors will then determine if surgery is necessary to remove the nodes. The surgery can take a lot of time to heal and some singers never regain their ability to sing as they could before. Kelly was forced to cancel her appearance on Live with Regis and Kelly today, but But she did keep her appointment at the wax museum. She will be heard tomorrow on VH1′s ‘Driven, American Idol Kelly Clarkson’. Highlights of the episode include videos of her high school performances.
