Kelly Clarkson Quietly Makes A New Residence In Mansfield

Fort Worth Star Telegram reports that Kelly Clarkson has moved her legal address to a new home in Mansfield, Texas. The ‘American Idol’ season one champ has been seen in the photo line at the Wal-Mart and at an Italian restaurant in the city. Mansfield Mayor Mel Neuman admitted, “I didn’t know that, but I know who she is. I know she’s the American Idol. I think I’ve even seen her sing recently [on television].” The mayor of Clarkson’s nearby native town Burleson, Ken Shetter, said, “The important thing is, she is and will always be a Burleson Elk.”
