‘American Idol’ season one champ Kelly Clarkson took home Best Pop Video at Sunday night’s MTV Video Music Awards for ‘Since U Been Gone’. Upon accepting the honor, Clarkson told the Miami crowd, “Thank you. Oh, God! Okay. Thank you so much. I don’t really know what’s going on. But thank you. I forgot to thank like my management. I love my management, The Firm. I love Alex who direct the video, Max and Luke for writing the song, my band. My band. We’re going to be out here performing in a little bit. Whoo! Bye!”
