A witness revealed to Us Weekly that Kelly Osbourne and Steve-O of ‘Jackass’ were “all over each other” at Miami’s Crobar after the MTV Video Music Latin America awards on October 23rd. Both presented at the awards show, and were “kissing, holding hands and grabbing each other in the VIP room,” according to the insider. “Kelly was stroking his leg” as well.
