Kelly Osbourne Furious With Madonna

Contributed by StilettoSadist: Us Weekly reports that Kelly Osbourne is desperate to strike up a friendship with Madonna but the icon has yet to respond to her efforts. Kelly is trying to meet Madonna to thank her in person for letting her cover the ‘80s classic ‘Papa Don’t Preach’. The 19-year-old has often moaned to pals that Madonna has never acknowledged the many letters and flower bouquets she sent to show her gratitude. A friend says, “Kelly was furious that Madonna did not make an effort to contact her back.” While Britney Spears enjoys a close friendship with the superstar, the friend adds that Osbourne is upset that Madonna won’t even say hello to her when they see each other at awards shows and other events.

Limbaugh Again Compares Britney & Madonna To Iraqi Prisoner Abuse

May 7, 2004 – Media Matters reports conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh again spoke in defense of U.S. military personnel accused of abusing Iraqi prisoners in comparison to Britney Spears and Madonna. The talk show host currently under investigation for illegal use of prescription painkillers said Thursday (May 6): “The thing though that continually amazes — here we have these pictures of homoeroticism that look like standard good old American pornography, the Britney Spears or Madonna concerts or whatever, and yet the Libs upset about the mistreatment of these prisoners thought nothing of sitting back while mass graves were being filled with three to 500,000 Iraqis during the Saddam Hussein regime.” Read more.

Yeah, poignant words coming from a half-deaf pillbilly! I think his statement says a great deal about where his head is. I don’t know one person that received “homoerotic” thoughts from looking at torture pictures but coming from a fat perv like himself, I can see his point. I’m really impressed with how much he cares about the Iraqi people that were being exterminated by Saddam this many years after the fact yet cares nothing about the citizens of his own damn country!

To compare Britney & Madonna to the horrific humiliation of the Iraqi prisoners by those excuses for US and British soldiers shows how ridiculous Rush Limbaugh is. And no matter what Saddam Hussein and his regime did it does not make what those soldiers did right and people have every right to protest against it and be disgusted by it,because it is a sick violation of human rights and even though Saddam Hussein not only carried out acts that are identical to that but went over and beyond that by killing his people in the most horrific ways imaginable but it does not excuse our soldiers doing his work for him by carrying out acts like that and any good decent person would be disgusted by these acts.

Another pill head with a view. Rush you’re a joke and a disgrace to this country. You make light of and try to justify torture of human beings to suck up to the republicans that have kept your sorry ass out of prison. Just proves what piece of s.h.i.t you and the Bush Administration are. Go crawl back into the hole you came out of and pop and few more Oxycontin.

I don’t think Rush has seen their concerts, but the things that BS and Madonna stand for are much of the reason that extremist groups are against Americans. (the immorality of American lifestyle and culture). Rush has a right to speak, and he has a point about the mistreatment of Iraqi people under Saddam’s rule. Some of you need to get your head out of your ass and give the US and Bush a freakin’ break. You are lucky he is taking care of business – although I don’t necessarily agree with the specific tactics. As far as the UK is concerned, Americans consist of people trying to get away from your *****- so ***** off (sorry popmaster or whoever said they were from the UK). The US is ALWAYS saving everyone else’s AS**.

The mass graves were being filled with three to 500,000 Iraqis because the US installed Saddam Hussein as dictator in the first place! What kind of bad case of amnesia is THAT? Where are the times when Saddam had dinner at the White House going home with long name-lists of suspected dangerous ‘communist elements’ provided by US intelligence in his pockets? Those of us who grew up in the 80es have not forgotten the times when Saddam was the US’ best buddy and leading weapon recipient against the Iran. Limbaugh should be forced to watch his children or someone close to his heart being submitted to the same torture suffered by these prisoners, and THEN, after having witnessed the effects on someone he can relate to, he may be qualified to judge how grievous this kind of treatment truly is.
