Globe Photos had photos, since removed, of Kelly Osbourne being harassed by a fan on the way to the Village Night Club to perform her first gig in Ireland on Friday (August 8). Perhaps the abuse played a part in the singer’s decision to cancel her European tour over “health reasons.”
