Globe magazine reports retail giant Lane Bryant has offered Kelly Osbourne a multi-million dollar deal to design a clothing line for chubby chicks. “Kelly’s a fashion leader and she’s not weight obsessed,” an industry source noted. “She’s a role model for a lot of heavier teens.” Kelly has said in the past, “I don’t think of myself as fat – I think I’m just normal. And I’ve always wanted to be a fashion designer.”
