Us Weekly reports Kelly Osbourne played the role of good samaritan on February 1st in Los Angeles, when an SUV flipped on the side of the highway during a driving rainstorm. Kelly and her pal immediately stopped her car, helped the driver out of the SUV and called 911. “I put her in my car and waited for the ambulance,” Osbourne revealed. “No one was stopping because of the rain.” Fortunately, the driver “wound up with only a few cuts.”
