Kelly Osbourne’s Chicago Shopping Spree

The Chicago Sun-Times reports Kelly Osbourne shopped up a storm at the hot vintage boutique Lu Lu on Lincoln Avenue while in the Windy City to promote her sophomore album, ‘Sleeping in the Nothing’. The singer bought a ’50s strapless gown, red cowboy boots, an orange beaded bag and big, black brimmed hat.
