A man who appears to be Kelly Osbourne’s new boyfriend is being described as “very unattractive” to the New York Post by two witnesses. “He looked much older than her, bald-headed and covered in tattoos,” said one who saw the two at Mr. Chows the other night. Another spy at Niagara added, “Kelly was sweet as pie, but on the arm of one ornery fella with tattoos all over his arms, neck, face and head! I don’t know who he was, but… jeesh!”
