World Entertainment News Network reports that Kevin Federline has banned wife Britney Spears from shopping for clothes until she gets rid of the outfits filling up the closets of their Malibu home. “He’s told her that he doesn’t mind if she dumps them, sells them or gives them away, he’s just desperate for her to stop hoarding and buying more,” a source said.
