Kevin Federline Gives Britney Spears An Ultimatum

People magazine reports that an ultimatum from Kevin Federline that he would seek physical and legal custody of their sons Sean Preston and Jayden James convinced Britney Spears to check back into rehab, according to a source. On Friday, K-Fed spent an hour visiting his ex at Promises, and the next evening he also brought the boys as well as her mother Lynne. “Kevin is working closely with Lynne to let Britney know how serious it is that she gets help,” a family friend explained.
