Kevin Federline Visits Britney Spears At Promises
Kevin Federline visited Britney Spears at the Promises Treatment Center on Friday afternoon (February 23), spending about an hour with the pop star before returning home. K-Fed had a police escort as well as a private security team on hand to escort him to and from the rehab facility.
