Kevin Federline Was Planning A Divorce Too
Life & Style Weekly reports Kevin Federline began secretly meeting with his lawyer, Mark Kaplan, to work out a divorce settlement deal with Britney Spears as early as last May. The upstart rapper was planning to use the threat to seek sole custody of their son, Sean Preston, as leverage in a bid to reach a $10 settlement, plus their $10 million Malibu mansion.
