Kevin Smith, director of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s ‘Jersey Girl’ (due out March 19), is convinced that Bennifer break-up won’t hurt the movie. “He [Affleck] is so good in this movie,” he recently told fans in L.A. “People will forgive him for ‘Gigli’.” Smith is less positive, though, about his pal’s failed romance. “If one of your friends wants to date someone famous,” he says, “tell them no.”
