Kiss Was Madonna’s Idea Says Britney Spears
Britney Spears tells Billy Bush on Thursday’s ‘Access Hollywood’ that it was Madonna’s idea to kiss during their opening performance on last week’s MTV Video Music Awards. “Well, of course it was [Madonna's] idea… but she threw it around a couple of times in rehearsals, but she just kind of said, ‘You know, do what you feel, you know, in the performance… just go with it and see what happens,’” Spears tells Bush. “And that’s what happened.”
