Ratethemusic.com reports that Kylie Minogue is covering up for her new single ‘Slow’ despite putting out an album called ‘Body Language’. She says, “It might seem a little strange to call my album ‘Body Language’ when we’re trying to get away from the body, but this time round it’s all about movement and choreography.” As for the disc being released to go up against Britney Spears, she said, “I heard about that, but I have a feeling that it’s going to be different to mine.”

‘American Life’ sold 5 million worldwide so that’s not to bad. Her previous 2 albums of new material ‘Ray of Light’ and ‘Music’ were really big hits. Each sold 14 Million worldwide. So she’s still the Queen.
She has not even reached platinum status according to SoundScan and billboard magazine. They shipped 1 million copies but SHE HAS NOT SCANNED 1 MILLION COPIES. From 14 million copies to less than 1 Million is a FLOP. She has had 2 singles flop and not make the top 20. She is no longer the queen, that title is now for Christina or Britney or JANET. Madonna’s reign is finally over. Play up her UK sales if you want, but You know the truth. Your Girl is tired, Old, and Lazy.

Where did you get “From 14 million copies to less than 1 Million”. Britney hasn’t had a hit single in a long ass time and Christina only had one top ten hit from her last album. ‘Music’ sold much more copies than ‘Stripped’ has. None of them will be taking Madonna’s place. Kylie could if she were more popular in the US.
Whoever told Madonna that she can be the new Bob Dylan should be fired. American Life is a joke – an unfunny one at that. With two Flop Singles Madonna made it very easy for critics to unleash a backlash on her. It’s not just with the critical over saturation of the overrated Music and a horrendous box-office flop follow-up, there’s also the ridiculous stunt she pulled with her video for the title track (also the first single from the album). After two decades of Madonna, we can see through her now transparent marketing tactics. As a result, her talking about Hollywood insincerity in Hollywood with lyrical gems like “I lost my memory in Hollywood/I’ve had a million visions bad and good/There’s something in the air in Hollywood/I tried to leave it but I never could”. LOL Kylie should cover up. Her body is nasty and she is old to dress sexy. Her song ‘slow’ is alright but her video is the crappiest thing out. I also have a feeling that it is going to be different because, Britney will have a better album while yours will be the same as your other CD. I can’t understand why people like Kylie, really I don’t :S I know she will sell more in Australia, Europe and Probably Asia.
