Kylie Minogue Feeling Relaxed & Happy, Preps New Album

Kylie Minogue posted a new message on her official website last Sunday (March 30) in response to last week’s News of the World article, and she provided news on her forthcoming album. She writes, “Hello everyone. Hope this finds you well! As you probably know, I am taking some time out after the whirlwind that was the last couple of years. I’m feeling relaxed and happy and thank all of you for your kindness and support. Yes, work has started on the next album, and no, I can’t tell you much about it! I recorded four demos in Dublin with the Biffco team and we are all very excited with what we feel is a fresh new sound. There’s a long way to go yet, but I’m eager to write and record and explore potential new sounds and style. I’ll be working in different cities and various writers and producers. For those of you who have read ‘quotes’ attributed to me today, I’m sure you have used your better judgement and know that I have not spoken to anyone about any private matters. I have largely avoided the ‘fiasco’ and intend to keep it that way. For now, love to you and all, and I will keep you posted with the album progress!”
