Kylie Minogue Goes All Out For Upcoming Tour

The Sun reports that is determined to outdo Madonna on her upcoming world tour, where the Aussie will include 12 costume changes and a circus theme, with Kylie directing troupes of dancers, acrobats and tightrope walkers. “She wants to blow her fans away,” a source said. The tour kicks off in March.
