Kylie Minogue Shut Out At Ivor Novello Awards

Kylie Minogue was up for a couple of awards at the Ivor Novello Awards for songwriters, but didn’t win this time around. She told Radio 1 many of her fans probably don’t even know she co-writes much of her music, but it doesn’t bother her.
“I probably end up with half of the album that I’ve co-written. I don’t think a lot of people know that, and I don’t talk about it too much,” she said. “It’s something that is really very much a personal pleasure for me, on the Fever tour, to look out and see the audience singing songs that I’ve played a major part in writing.”
