Kylie Minogue Tells Of Cancer Shock

AFP reports Kylie Minogue revealed that while preparing for the Australian leg of her Showgirl Tour in May 2005, she and her family “all fell to pieces” when doctors told her she had breast cancer. “The moment my doctors told me, I went silent,” the 38-year-old said during a documentary to air on Britain’s Sky One television on July 16th. “My mum and dad were with me. We all fell to pieces. I was saying: ‘No, I’m getting on a plane’ (to continue the tour). They said: ‘No, you’re not. Sit down’.”
