Kylie Minogue’s Appeal In The UK Explained

Barbara Ellen of The Observer gave her thoughts on Kylie Minogue and her concert at Cardiff International Arena recently. Ellen described the Aussie’s appeal saying, “A large part of her appeal, in this country at least, has been her ‘Little Girl Who Can’ chutzpah. Even in her deepest career troughs, Kylie was never a loser (no pretty woman with a good sense of humor could ever be called that), but she was never exactly a winner either.
