Larry Rudolph Says Britney Spears Won’t Perform At VMAs

Britney Spears’ manager Larry Rudolph spoke with Ryan Seacrest of KIIS FM, who relayed their conversation on his show Monday morning (August 25). “Britney Spears will not be performing at the VMAs this year. I’m telling you officially and unequivocally,” Ryan Seacrest quoted Rudolph as saying.
