That lawsuit filed by the Giving Back Fund we reported on awhile back got underway on Tuesday. The fund is suing Mark Steverson, the former manager of Britney Spears, for $15 million claiming he violated his duty as a member of the Giving Back Fund board of directors by advising Spears and *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake to sever ties with the fund last year.
