Miley Cyrus was spotted riding with boyfriend Justin Gaston as they attempted to leave the ‘Hannah Montana: The Movie’ premiere in Hollywood, dealing with paparazzi blocking Justin’s view as he was trying to make a left turn and getting an assist from a security guy.
