Lights Celebrates Best New Artist Juno Award Win
Lights checked in with fans on her blog at MySpace on Tuesday (March 31) after the indie pop singer was a winner at the Juno Awards. She writes:
How exciting! This past weekend (on March 29) I picked up Best New Artist at this year’s Juno Awards! If you are not Canadian, you may not understand the extreme honor this is! It’s like the Canadian Grammy’s. I was buzzing for about 48 hours afterwards lol! This award is for everyone though, without you I wouldn’t be here at all :) So thank you so much, and let’s all be stoked!
