Lily Allen Encore Interrupted By Nature’s Call
Lily Allen visited CBC's 'The Hour with George Stroumboulopoulos' on Tuesday (February 17), promoting her second album 'It's Not Me, It's You.' Lily talked about not feeling capable of making a second album, never having proper training in songwriting, working with The Clash's Mick Jones on the War Child CD, scoring big in Scrabble with "jizz", wanting to get married and have kids, and she then got the giggles when asked about whether she's had a moment waiting for an encore when nobody was cheering for her return. "I was just thinking of this one particular time when I had a bad stomach, and I had to go and relieve myself as soon as I came off the stage," Lily said. "But I got stuck on the toilet and I could hear people going, 'Lily! Lily!' I'm like, 'This has got to end! I've got to get back out there.'" Lily said she eventually made it back out.
