Footage of Lily Allen covering Britney Spears ‘Womanizer’ before getting a surprise on-stage visit from Lindsay Lohan at The Wiltern in Hollywood on Thursday (April 2) has been posted online. Lily took a dig at Lindsay, calling her “a friend of a friend” (ie. Samantha Ronson), during her appearance on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’. Watch fan filmed footage via YouTube below.
