The New York Daily News hears Lindsay Lohan is looking to deliver a third album for Universal Music. A friend told Rush & Molloy: “Lindsay loves music. She loves writing songs.” But the 21-year-old has more important issues to deal with right now. “As much as she wants to make another album,” says one insider, “the feeling is she needs to get herself cleaned up.
