Lindsay Lohan At Urth Caffe

Lindsay Lohan was spotted at the Urth Caffe in West Hollywood on Monday afternoon (December 10). The 21-year-old and her assistant were mobbed by the pesky paps, prompting Lohan to implore the snappers: "You cannot come up here," when entering the establishment.
