Marc Malkin reports that Lindsay Lohan an through an impromptu pizza party for the cast and crew of her movie, ‘Just My Luck.’ The teen queen also served everyone from a John’s Pizza delivery truck and even the paparazzi who are always nearby the set in New York. “Make sure the paparazzi get some pizza, too,” Lohan said.
