Lindsay Lohan Hitting The Bottle Again?

Star magazine reports Lindsay Lohan was spotted drinking at the West Hollywood hotspot Winston’s on April 19th. “They brought a bottle of champagne to the table,” an eyewitness revealed. “Lindsay picked up her glass and drank it.
