Star magazine hears that Lindsay Lohan was mistaken for Courtney Love when she got some lunch at Cuvée Cafe on May 9th on Robertson Boulevard. After seeing a woman in Ray-Ban sunglasses and bright-pink lipstick, people shouted at Linds, “Courtney! Courtney!” A source told the tabloid, “She was also looking extremely pale. You know things are going downhill when you get mistaken for an ex-druggie plastic surgery disaster who’s twice your age!”
