Lindsay Lohan was photographed walking from the set of ‘Ugly Betty’ while smoking a cigarette in New York City on September 10th. The star headed to the Central Park Boat House for lunch, where she was joined by Becki Newton and other cast members. LiLo indulged on a couple of hamburgers.
