Lindsay Lohan Sued For Allegedly Hitting Photographer With Car

Lindsay Lohan and mom Dina are being sued by paparazzo Giovanni Arnold, who was allegedly struck by a car driven by Lindsay in New York on March 13, 2007, ‘Access Hollywood’ has learned. In the lawsuit filed Thursday in New York State Supreme Court, he states the defendants (Lindsay & Dina) were “negligent, careless and reckless” with the vehicle, causing him personal injury and economic loss.
