Lindsay Lohan Sued For Allegedly Hitting Photographer With Car

Lindsay Lohan and mom Dina are being sued by paparazzo Giovanni Arnold, who was allegedly struck by a car driven by Lindsay in New York on March 13, 2007, ‘Access Hollywood’ has learned. In the lawsuit filed Thursday in New York State Supreme Court, he states the defendants (Lindsay & Dina) were “negligent, careless and reckless” with the vehicle, causing him personal injury and economic loss.

Dina Lohan Covers ‘Georgia Rule’ Premiere, Fonda Irked

Lindsay Lohan was interviewed by her mom, Dina Lohan, at the ‘Georgia Rule’ premiere in New York City. Dina, covering the event for ‘Entertainment Tonight’, also spoke with Lindsay’s co-stars Jane Fonda and Felicity Huffman, and according to The New York Post, Fonda seemed taken aback and appalled by the stage mom’s questions.

Lohan’s Drugging And Boozing Out Of Control, Friends Fear

Lindsay Lohan is allegedly snorting massive amounts of cocaine mixed with ecstasy, and taking downers to sleep and boozing daily, making pals fear the 20-year-old has a death wish. “Lindsay’s drugging and drinking is out of control! She learned nothing in rehab,” a friend of ‘Georgia Rule’ star tells The National Enquirer. “Her friends are afraid she has a death wish.”

LiLo Lawyers Want To See Cocaine Tape

The New York Daily News reports Lindsay Lohan’s lawyers are demanding that News of the World produce a videotape they claim shows her snorting cocaine. Her rep would not comment.
