Lindsay Lohan joined the TMZ newsroom on April 1st in an April Fools spoof of herself, imitating what they do on the TV show talking with Harvey Levin. Harvey asked Lindsay if she saw Lindsay wearing panties at Bristol Farms, she couldn’t tell but noted she was spotted with Ariva in hand again and of course was wearing leggings.
