Lindsay Wants Donation & Video Apology From Brandon

In Touch magazine reports ’s lawyers have now sent oil heir Brandon Davis a letter warning that the actress may sue him if he doesn’t make a $250,000 charitable donation and release a videotaped apology to TV. Davis had earlier issued a written statement apologizing for his crude remarks about Lohan.
