Lindsay’s Lawyer Got SCRAM Alert She’d Fallen Off Wagon

Sources tell TMZ that just before midnight last Sunday (we’re guessing TMZ errored and meant Monday or else the timeline is 24 hours off), Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer Blair Berk got an ominous signal from the 21-year-old’s SCRAM alcohol monitoring device that she had been wearing on her ankle. Berk was the designated person with access to the device and frantically tried to locate Lindsay, but Lindsay was in custody within hours of falling off the wagon. Read more.
