Lisa Marie Presley Debut ‘Catchy, Respectable’

Larry Aydlette of Metromix.com reviewed ’s debut solo effort ‘To Whom It May Concern’. Aydlette says the album “is a catchy, respectable collection of modern rock songs.” He added, “She’s got the melodic mainstream sound of Sheryl Crow, albeit with a metallic edge. And her dark undercurrent is surprisingly reminiscent of Eminem. Think about it: Em has never gotten past Mommy. Presley has never gotten over Daddy. Both curse like sailors on nearly every song. Both love their kids but aren’t sure about their spouses (or ex-spouses).” Read more.
