Lisa Of The Veronicas Apologizes For Tour Cancellation

Lisa Origliasso of The Veronicas checked in on the Brisbane twin’s Myspace page on Saturday (June 10) after word came they were pulling out of the Ashlee Simpson tour. “Well as most of you have probably already heard, we had to cancel the rest of the Ashlee tour,” she writes. “I can’t even begin to say how bummed out I am about it. I have been having some serious issues with my voice and throat over the past few months- and it has unfortunately gotten to a point where I have been forced to take some time off, and recover. I’m sooooo sooooo sooooo sorry to everyone who has bought tickets to come see us this summer. This tour obviously would have been a blast… and trust me, I wanted to just ignore it, and keep doing the tour… but if I don’t address my health right now, then it could do me serious damage in the long run.” Read more.
