ContactMusic.com reports that Liz McClarnon is set to record a duet of the Barbra Streisand song ‘Woman In Love’ with Bee Gees singer Robin Gibb. “Somebody suggested it to me and I talked to Robin about it,” the former Atomic Kitten revealed. “He totally fell in love with the idea. He didn’t need any persuading to do it. No one has covered it since it was a hit. Robin is completely happy with it. But I’m really nervous about it.”

OMG… that song is a classic, Barbara is untouchable, why the heck does Liz think she could even do justice to that song. The only remake of a song that was ever good was when Whitney remade Dolly Partons song. Barbara is an icon, a goddess her voice is one of the best in the industry why oh why is some two bit singer gonna destroy that song. Not even Christina whom I think is just awesome could compete with the great Barbara Streisand , and to destroy a classic I’m shocked at Robin I wonder if he needs the money.
