Lynne Spears posted a new message for fans on her daughter Britney Spears’ official website. “Britney’s six month vacation is here! Yay! She loves to be able to wake up when she wants and decide what she chooses to do each day,” Lynne said. “There’s no hair and make-up to sit through. Instead of catering, she has home cooking. Fame and fortune hasn’t blemished Britney. She still enjoys the same simple pleasures with the same family and friends. However, Britney no longer sees the world through rose-colored glasses. She’s had too many glimpses of the vices of humanity, mostly in the press. We wonder what they will come up with next!”
