Britney Spears’ mother Lynne was on the phone with Ryan Seacrest of KIIS FM in Los Angeles on Friday (September 26), promoting her new book ‘Through The Storm’. Lynne discussed the release of Britney’s new single ‘Womanizer’, her decision to write the book, how Britney reacted when learning Lynne was going to write the book, how Britney’s argument with Sam Lutfi opened the door for her to come in, learning Jamie Lynn was pregnant by way of a note, having a normal relationship with her daughters now, and more.
As for those who were so critical of her and Jamie Lynn over her teen pregnancy compared to the reaction received by Sarah Palin and her teen daughter Bristol, Lynne said, “I’m so happy for her, and I am so glad they’re not treating her like they did Jamie Lynn. Maybe people have learned a lesson from that. I think they were really cruel, very judgmental to us. I just feel like maybe they turned around and they looked at what they did and maybe they’re gonna do a little bit better.”
