Machete Attacker Phoned Freddie Fuller’s Mother Afterwards
The Sun reports that the knifeman who attacked Sugababes singer Amelle Berrabah’s boyfriend Freddie Fuller called the 25-year-old’s mother minutes after the attack in Aldershot, Hants. A source revealed, “A man told her, ‘You’ll want to be calling an ambulance. I’ve just killed your son.’ The phone call only lasted a few seconds but she was in hysterics. It was a chilling call – there’s no doubt that the attacker meant to kill Freddie.”
A 28-year-old man was released on police bail on Thursday after being arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in the savage attack that almost sliced off Fuller’s arm. “Freddie still looks terrible because he has gashes and cuts all over his face, arms and legs,” a friend told The Sun. “But he is conscious and managed to have some Christmas dinner on Christmas Day.
