Madonna And Britney Tie For 2nd Worst Dressed Of 2003

Paris Hilton took the top prize as worst dressed woman of 2003 on Mr. Blackwell’s annual list. He dubbed Madonna and Britney Spears the “Kissin Cousins of Couture Crimes” and had them tie at #2. Country singer Shania Twain came in 3rd, she was christened “Calamity Twain” for her “buckled bombs and country-fried kitsch”. None of this is a bad thing, especially according to Christina Aguilera who did not make the list. Christina has said that she loves it when she is on the worst dressed list because those people are always the most interesting.
