Madonna’s 45th birthday party at her Beverly Hills mansion last weekend saw final discussions taking place about the performance the Material Girl would give at the MTV Video Music Awards with Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez. “It was a fun event but there was still time for some business,” a source close to Madonna tells the Evening Standard. “Madonna, Jennifer and Britney talked about the performance and how it would work.” The three tried to keep the plans secret, but news leaked after rehearsals began earlier this week.

Gee, this is a performance that surely hit the record book. Two of the least talented sharing one stage with one of most greatest artist of all time, the only this Madonna is not talented in is acting. This is surely the icing on the cake, let’s see what are they are going to do…………. masturbate on stage like Madonna did 20 years ago or maybe get Jennifer Lopez to marry on of the drag queens on the stage. Yeah this is a surely and truly good entertainment.

Madonna, Britney & J.Lo’s movies were SO terrible. Why do VMA fans have to be subjected to their performance? This is so ego-driven and pretentious. Their last albums were equally bad. That Bond song Madonna made was one of the worst in Bond movie history. Why VMA just why? For a few extra advertising dollars from some curious viewers to see what they will do. I hope they do lip synch then maybe the performance won’t be that bad. Apparently, these 3 singers planned this performance at Madonna’s Birthday party-how High School was that!

Why does everybody think Madonna sings better than Britney and J.Lo? They’re all equally terrible at singing. Anyways, I think Madonna and Britney should be the only ones on stage. J.Lo just doesn’t fit in.
j-lo deserves to be up there just as much as Britney… ie she doesn’t deserve to. what a load of bull***** this whole thing. its nothing but a publicity stunt, which is why all these stupid contradicting reports are coming out. the three biggest media whores. the most blatant “please give me attention” pr stunt I’ve ever seen Britney do.
I guess “everybody” has their opinion and you have yours. Because she might not have a strong, multi-octave voice, but, she pretty much stays on key most of the time, and sings songs that fit her range. Britney is a mystery with that computer voice, she sang great as a child. And J.Lo has a thin voice that goes flat and does this talking type thing when she can’t hold the note. And a person doesn’t have to sing like Mariah Carey to be a competent singer or songwriter.
