The People reports Madonna took a break from her World Tour yesterday – to help celebrate hubby Guy Ritchie’s 36th birthday at celeb restaurant Zafferano in London. The couple were joined by pals including Gwyneth Paltrow and her husband Chris Martin of Coldplay. “Guy’s unhappy at their lack of time together,” a pal said. “There would have been bad feeling if she hadn’t made it.”
