‘Extra’ has a preview of Madonna’s ’20/20′ interview to be broadcast on Friday. Madonna, having adopted the ancient Hebrew name, Esther, tells ABC’s Cynthia McFadden that she wanted to attach her energy to a different name. Her mother, who was also named Madonna, died of cancer at age 30.
