Madonna is back in the annual “The Celebrity 100″ list compiled by Forbes magazine after a year of absence. This year the Queen of Pop scores a Power Rank of 8 among all media personalities, with a $50 mil pay (rank #11), 3,100,000 web hits (rank #5), 13,488 press clips (rank #30) and 268 in TV/Radio (rank 19). Surprisingly, she has never appeared on the cover of any of 17 major consumer magazines considered for this list. Madonna is #1 among musicians ahead of Elton John (Power Rank #9) and P Diddy (Power Rank #20). She is also the second female celebrity to make the Top Ten, which is lead by Oprah Winfrey who goes up to #1 from last year’s #3.
